Plus Size Fashion Profile: Beauty Plus Power
I’m always looking for new sites that appeal to our plus-size interests. Even though content is essential, I can’t resist a well-designed site. My newest love is Beauty Plus Power, which stuffs in a bunch of fashion sales, great buys, and features for all plus-size women. Beauty Plus’s bright website colors and layout will definitely appeal to teens, but anyone can enjoy this site. I, for one, can’t resist a deal, and the tops they’ve featured on the home page are all under $30. And they look good, too: all have the silhouettes that create a higher, slimmer waistline and a pert bustline. I have to say that babydoll shapes have been very good to the plus-size community and keeping us looking our best.
My favorite find (besides Lisa’s blog) was the Fashion to Figure Cap Sleeve Top, which is just $24. It has a certain sporty appeal in fresh green and with that button placket, you just can’t lose. Check it out here.
